Establishment of AFSTA’s Communication, Outreach & Advocacy Committee (ACAC)

AFSTA is pleased to announce the establishment of its Communication, Outreach & Advocacy Committee (ACAC), created to strengthen AFSTA’s visibility, unify messaging across the continent, and support policy and regulatory advocacy for Africa’s seed sector.

The Committee will be chaired by Maya Muller, with Charles Nyachae serving as Secretary.
The ACAC brings together members from both the public and private sectors to:
• Strengthen AFSTA’s voice and brand across Africa
• Advance policy and regulatory harmonization
• Promote quality seed as a cornerstone of food security

We look forward to sharing more updates as the Committee begins its work and drives stronger engagement across the continent.
