Information on Exhibition booths
The AFSTA Exhibition booths provide an excellent and effective opportunity for seed companies to promote their goods and services to Congress delegates.
AFSTA members and Non-members can book exhibition booths when registering for the Congress.
Booth personnel/attendant have access ONLY to the Exhibition area, coffee and tea breaks & lunches (3rd to 5th March 2025 ), Welcome Cocktail, Opening Ceremony and Gala dinner. Please note that an exhibition booth can only have a maximum of two exhibition booth staff.
NB: The booth staff/attendant are NOT allowed into the AFSTA plenary sessions and Trading rooms.
Exhibition locations and prices
The number of Exhibition booths available are limited and allocation of space will be done on a “first-come, first-served” basis.

The price for one Exhibit Booth of 3m x 2m is US$ 1,230
Exhibitors are responsible for their own property/equipment though some security from the hotel will be available at night in the Exhibition area.

Setup Time
Please note that the booths will only be accessible on Sunday 2nd March 2025 at 15:30hrs.
Please note that on Monday 3rd March 2025, the booths will be closed during the official opening ceremony.
The booths will be dismantled by the supplier on 5th March 2025 at 16:000hrs. Ensure that you remove your equipment/materials, advertisements, etc. by this time to avoid any inconveniences.
