The Congress National Organizing Committee (NOC) has secured negotiated rates for the delegates. The rates quoted are in US$ per room and per night, on bed and breakfast basis

Please note that limited rooms are available at the Congress Hotel, which is Serena Hotel, Kigali, Rwanda. Delegates are encouraged to make their hotel bookings early to secure rooms to avoid disappointment as rooms are limited.
